Awarded educational program "When I grow up ..." that deals with topics of youth entrepreneurship, career information and counseling will be held this year for the third time.
The essence of the program is to empower young people to independently and thoughtfully make decisions about starting their own business, continuing their careers or education. The first educational camp on social entrepreneurship and career information and counseling in Serbia "When I grow up ..." will be held between 9 and 14 August. 14 motivated teens from the territory of South Banat will be received, and applications can be submitted by May 31, by filling in the forms on the Connecting platform: http://www.connecting.org.rs/prijavi-se-2/
As in previous years, the program will be supported by two high schools: Technical School "23. May "and Electrical Engineering School" Nikola Tesla ". Directors of these schools, Natasa Zecevic and Nikola Ćurčin, pointed out how much career guidance and counseling is important for young people, and that "Connecting" does it well.
From 7 May to 3 high schools, the two mentioned above and the Paja Marganović School of Economics, as well as in the elementary school "Isidora Sekulić" in Pančevo, exactly 8 inspirational workshops will be organized in which the alumni program will announce "When I grow up ..." camp.
Otherwise, the educational program "When I grow up ..." won last year's second place at the National Competition of Good Practices in the Field of Career Guidance and Counseling. The competition for this competition was announced by the Euroguidance Center with the support of the Tempus Foundation. Friends of the program 365ADS and Photobooth have taken care of a good atmosphere and photobooth adventure.
